About Sarah
Looking to lose weight? Tired of the same boring workouts? Need motivation? Depressed and tired??? Hire me for a Personal Trainer.
With over 6 years of experience, I give my clients the help they need to achieve their fitness goals. My training sessions will be varied. I will provide every session, new exercises that are safe, fun, challenging and effective.
I offer training in the privacy of your own home (a small room will do - I bring the equipment). We can also take the workouts outside- running, hiking, biking, yoga, .....
