About Elizabeth
I understand that every individual is unique in their goals and abilities - I will work with you to personalize a plan based on your objectives and current level of fitness. I meet you where you are and provide you with what you need to continue making progress even outside of our sessions together.
The best part about this job is meeting wonderful people and seeing them reach their goals. It is an amazing thing when a person achieves something they didn’t think they were capable of!
I have enjoyed exercise and fitness my whole life and feel that it is my calling to help others find enjoyment in living a healthy lifestyle and achieving their personal goals.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the preferred certification by fitness clubs and sports teams.

I spend the first session getting to know the client. I talk to them about their goals and perform an assessment to establish their overall fitness level and identify any muscle imbalances or movement patterns that I need to be aware of while we train. I also use this first session to get a feel for what type of training and exercises the client prefers. This ensures that our workouts will be both enjoyable and effective.
