About Radha
I am a business professional and also a mom of 1. I have been working with my child since PRE-K to currently High School to help him achieve his educational goals and grades. I have 6+ years experience not only tutoring my son but his friends / other students and I can promise you the following:
1. Personalized Approach: I tailor my teaching methods and style to meet the unique needs, learning style, and capabilities of each student. I recognize the importance of individualized attention and adaptability to help students succeed.
2. Expertise and Qualifications: I have a Masters in Business Administration and I love kids. After having to write many essays for my masters program I am quite skilled at reading and writing and for the past 6 years have worked with students across many ages to help them improve grades or study for SAT’s.
3. Strong Communication: I have excellent communication skills, both with the students themselves and with their parents or guardians. I aim to establish open and collaborative relationships with families to ensure effective feedback, progress updates, and goal-setting for the student's academic growth.
4. Patient and Supportive Approach: I am patient and supportive nature and I aim to create a comfortable learning environment that encourages students to ask questions, share concerns, and explore concepts at their own pace. I am dedicated to fostering a positive mindset and boosting students' confidence in their abilities.
5. Goal-Oriented Approach: I focus on setting achievable goals and tracking progress on a weekly basis with specific homework tailored to assess student’s growth and I create actionable plans to help them reach their academic goals.
6. Flexibility and Availability: I am very flexible with scheduling and accommodate the family's specific needs as much as possible.
By helping my son and other friends kids improve their grades I realized I have a knack for it
I have a Bachelors and Masters and I worked with kids at my Church for 11 years. I have my own child who I help so I am very familiar with the curriculum and requirements. I also currently tutor kids privately but I only take a small amount of students so I can focus on them instead of jumping around all over the place
