About Melissa
Hello! My name is Melissa and I currently work in Higher Education. I received a Master's Degree in Education from Boston College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Providence College. I am a passionate educator who is committed to helping students get excited about learning! I have tutored for over 8 years, at various levels including college, high school, and elementary school. I have tutored a variety of topics including liberal arts, reading, writing, and college essays.
I enjoy working with students to help them find a passion for learning. I create spaces in tutoring sessions where students feel comfortable asking for help and trying new things. I build relationships with clients that are founded on respect and inclusion.
