About Remington

Hey there! Through my 24 years on this planet I've picked up many skills, hopefully some of those will bring value to your life☺️ My focus is Boxing, and Mandarin Chinese.

My experience with boxing is 10+ years, I have won 2 municipal tournaments in Beijing, China. I was the first amateur athlete in Beijing to have held both the title in Mixed Martial Arts, and Boxing at the same time. Learning from the best coaches in China, and through restless hours of self study, you can be confident that the techniques we will work on will be proper and applicable in the ring. and if you just want to train for exercise, why not do it properly?

When it comes to Mandarin Chinese, my mother is actually half Chinese. She started teaching and communicating with me and my brothers from a very young age, and on top of that I have lived in Beijing for ten years, from 2008-2018. In those years I went through 2 years of elementary school, in full mandarin, I went through middle school and high school, and then 3 years of University at Peking University, all of which was taught in Mandarin Chinese. Throughout my stay in China, I have also taken and passed the HSK Level 6 exam, which is an exam that all universities across China recognize.

As part of my passion for life, and my desire to add value to peoples lives.

Boxing: Plentiful experience teaching large groups and 1 on 1.

Mandarin: I'm a beginner at teaching, but with my strong background and native level speaking, reading and writing, I'm sure I will be able to teach it effectively.
