About Kaitie
Hello, my name is Kaitie! I'm currently a junior in college who is working towards a B.A. in English. I have experience with helping students with essay writing, including college essay writing, since I worked in my previous high school's Writing Center (and was one of the founding memebers). I am also excellent at analyzing literature when it comes to both essays and discussion formats.
I just love the English language and love teaching people it because it is one of my main passions in life.
Since I had experience with helping my fellow students with their essays I thought tutoring would be a nice summer job for me.
-I worked at a camp affiliated with my previous church that helped elementary school children improve their reading and writing skills.
-I was a founding member/tutor of my high school's Writing Center that helped students improve their essays for both classes and college admission.
-Working towards my Bachelor's degree in English Writing/Literature and my current grade is a 3.5

Typically what I prefer is for the student to bring me an assignment or essay, no matter the stage of completion that it is in, so I can look over it and help them improve it.
Typically high school level and 1st and 2nd years at college, but I can also help elementary and middle schoolers as well.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What specifically are you stuck on and what do you need help with? Even if you are having trouble getting started on an assignment I would be happy to help get your mind running.
