I am personable, creative, and caring. My extensive background in English and Music as well as my experience in education give me the skills needed to help students make learning fun.

I love writing, and I love helping students learn. Reading and writing are the most powerful tools a child can learn, and I cherish empowering youth in such a way.
I have worked a substitute teacher on and off for the last six years. In the 2020/21 school year, I worked as a longterm sub for both in-person and online middle school classes. In the summers, I teach K-2 summer school so I have a good amount of experience with phonemic awareness and early math skills.
