About Kayla
I have always loved working with others to help them learn class material and succeed. My goal is to enable the student to fully understand the concept and accomplish their assigned work. I have excelled in all of my English classes, including AP English. My teachers have recognized my writing skills, reading comprehension, grammatical understanding, and critical thinking. I have been helping my siblings, friends, and other students for many years, explaining concepts and showing them how to best accomplish the assignment. I have maintained a high GPA and received academic awards as well as passing the AP English exams.
I enjoy working with others of all ages to help them succeed. I am passionate about building relationships and teaching the truth. In tutoring other students, I will be able to guide them through their academic struggles with a friendly voice and a compassionate helping hand. Seeing students being to understand concepts and build knowledge and critical thinking skills inspires me.
I have taken AP English Literature and AP English Language and Composition in my junior and senior years, and passed the AP Exam.
