About Jessika
As a elementary school teacher, I am dedicated to making learning fun! I am certified in Elementary Education K-6, as well as Middle School English. I am willing to meet in a central location such as a library, or the student's home.
I have a Bachelors in both Public Relations and Elementary Education. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Masters in Education.
At the moment, I teach 4th grade in a classroom of diverse learner needs. I have experience in 2nd, 3rd and 6th grade as well.

The first and most important step in working with a new student is to do a preliminary assessment in order to discover their strengths, weaknesses and learning styles. From there, I meet with the parents to review their goals for the child, as well as most recent grades from school.
Throughout the course of our tutoring sessions, parents will be given frequent progress reports, as well as work to complete when I am not there.
