About Nina
I am half Argentinean, and I grew up with both English and Spanish as my native languages. My Junior year of high school I took the AP Spanish language and culture exam and earned a 5 (100%). Since then I have been tutoring students in Spanish, from elementary-level Spanish to high school level and up.
I am a fan of teaching through activities and practical applications. It has been proven that the closer something learned is to your previous experiences, the higher level of retention you have for those things learned. I am a big fan of mnemonics as well!
