About Alexandra
I have been working with a wide range of students from middle school through college for the last 5 years. I work with my students to help them not only understand the subject matter, but also to think critically and maintain an organized educational mindset.

When working with a new client, I like to meet them where they are. Though meeting grade level standards is important, I work with students to meet those standards in the way that is best for their style of learning. Not every student learns or works the same, and I make sure to adapt my tutoring style to meet the needs of the individual.
I have worked with students from 5th grade through college, both typical learners and students with learning differences.
My advice to students is to work with a tutor that understands your learning style and is willing to get creative to help you achieve your learning goals. Do not feel stuck with a tutor that does not suit your needs, your education is the most important consideration.
