About Riley
I want to help you understand economics. Not just learn the subject, but actually understand what is happening. Economics has been an important part of my life. I graduate with my B.Sc in Economics from the University of Maine in May 2021, and will be attending the University of Calgary to get my M.A.
I work with you to help you understand what you need to know. It doesn't make sense to waste time with something you already know, but we will make sure that it is covered.
I have tutored for 2 years and been a teaching assistant in economics courses, so I know the common mistakes and pitfalls. Let me help you with your economics journey. I look forward to working with you.
I have been a formal tutor with the University of Maine, as well as a Teaching Assistant.

My typical process is first asking the student what they are struggling with or what they want to know. I ask this before our first session so we can get right to work. If I find any gaps in background knowledge, I help the student with that first and then we move on.
