About Alice
SEUFERT ART STUDIO has instructors who teach children (ages 7-12), teen & adults. (Year round, including Summers) You will be taught by professional, exhibiting award winning artists. Both Instructors, Robert J. Seufert and Patrick Seufert have earned BFA's from Tyler School of Art, Temple U. and paint with Oil paint. (& on occasion, other materials) Robert is known as a Bucks County Landscape painter and Patrick's focus is mainly urban scenes. Both father and son have distinct painting methods. Robert is know for painting with a knife! Patrick is known for the amount of detail in his cityscapes.
Our Studio has been in business since 1972. We teach all media including Oil Painting, W/C, Acrylic, Pastel, Pencil, Color pencil,(Prismacolor) Charcoal, Pen & Ink. We offer a variety of courses to choose from, including Anime, Cartooning, Portfolio Prep and much more. Our classes are small, so we are able to give individual attention to each student and address their needs as artists. We have a relaxing environment and a beautifully lit room with balanced warm/cool lights for precise color mixing. Students have stayed with us for many, many years becase of the excellent instruction that has been given and continues to be given every day. A fair number have been with us for 10, 20 or 30 more years! We hope you will come and explore our many art choices. Come to learn, but also relax and enjoy, for there's nothing on Earth like creating your own art
