About Wendy
My name is Wendy Davis and I own mind.body.grace. My desire to help others has always been my drive, so I teach what I know! I have been a chef for over 20 yrs, running a catering co., and also doing menu development for restaurants as well as cooking for my 6 kids! I am also yoga teacher. My training is in both Hatha yoga, 200 RYT & an 85 hr Prenatal/Postnatal yoga. I believe everything we do affects our mind and body, my goal is to do those things with grace.
