I begin with a food questionnaire to learn about my students needs. From there we can plan a lesson.
All kinds. From children to adults.
Do your homework. Make sure the chef is a good fit for your learning style and food preferences.
Albeit the lesson was with my youngest daughter who at the time was 8, however she really impressed me preparing macaroni and cheese muffins! Almost all on her own!
