Everything I do in THE PAGEANT SUITES.
I have informal teaching experiences in cooking every now and then with friends, co-workers, and families.
I have experience in teaching (English for Everyday Life) and U.S. Citizenship for new non-English speaking immigrants (2007-2011) under SHINE (Temple University) as a Volunteer.
I owned and operated home-based carinderia/eatery for several years. I also learned from my Mom when she operated a carinderia for years at the ground floor of our home (Philippines) which is across a high school facility.
I took evening culinary classes for adults in the Philippines at Araullo High School in 1996.
I worked in a homecare residence under the management of Arc of Chester County for over a year, assigned with meal preparations and service (2016-2017).
I am the Owner/Operator of THE PAGEANT SUITES ((concealed information) SUITES) since 2006. A one-stop shop (event planning, catering, DJ and Mobile Disco, venue setup/Decors, Paperworks/Stationeries [Invitations, tarps/banners, etc.], and other events services).

I teach Filipino (Philippines) Cuisine, generally, to students (maximum of 3-5 students) in one meeting of 2 hours, more or less, per session. I can also teach other international cuisines, in the comfort of my own kitchen on weekends only.
Three recipes (Appetizer, Entree, & Dessert) per session. I give them copies of the recipes. I provide the ingredients, demonstrate the cooking process, and they can take home their "finished products."
Various age and different cultural groups.
Hands-on is the best method of learning...not just watching how to do it. That way, you can experience the "feel" on how to do the cooking when you are on your own.
I treasure all my past, present, and future events...every event is a new challenge to my creativity.
