with a new student I like to take few demo classes in which i briefly ask student about its needs what bothore it its topic or subject then I ask them to take a class and if they dont get my way of teaching they can ask for change of methodology. my teaching classes will includes presentations and brief lectures while i like to take quistion answer sessions too to know how was the learning process.
i have work with all type amnd all grade of students till graduation
choose those who have high qualification and a minimum year experiance
I am found of reaserch in sub fiels of Zoology that is Parasitology my field of specialization
