About Britta
I am a recent college graduate with a degree in biochemistry. I graduated magna cum laude and have earned the Rudolf J. Priepke Award for Scholastic Acheivement in Chemistry. I have a passion for passing on my knowledge of chemistry and helping others to better understand the subject matter. I have been tutoring chemistry at Elmhurst University for 2 years, and I have enjoyed every moment of it! I can tutor high school and college level chemistry courses such as general chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry.
I have a degree in biochemistry as well as 2 years of tutoring experience at Elmhurst University

I like to start by asking where they are having trouble as well as taking a look at some of their homework assignements. Then I will likley go through an example problem or 2 with them, and then have them try it on their own. If they are still stuck, I try and figure out where they are stuck and again go through more examples emphasizing that specific part until they have a better understanding of the material.
I have tutored mainly college and high school students in chemistry courses
