About Ray
Boxing has always been a passion of mine and when combined with my 15 years plus of personal training experience, you're getting a complete workout. I spent nine years as a Tier 3 trainer at Equinox where I honed my craft, I'm certified in TRX, kettlebells, L1 weightlifting coach, pre-post natal and Vipr! I've trained at various boxing gyms learning more about the sweet science and I have worked at a few different fitness facilities servicing a wide array of clients.

It always starts with a conversation about their goals, about themselves, their workout/health history. I gather as much information needed to effectively service their needs, and I also share some things about myself. I would do some type of movement screening and discuss any findings before we officially start the program.
