About James
I'm a former professional boxer so I still teach you the basics and hitting hand pads still be thre focus of your workout. We will also do various other excercise to complete a full body workout.

I show them the basics as far as the stance and how to throw punches. Then we hit gand pads for 6 rounds. Hitting the hand pads is the focus of the workout but we follow that up with various exercises to complete a full body workout. You'll get in great shape and learn to throw punches like a pro.
I've worked with professional boxers, amateur boxers and mostly people who just want to get in shape and learn to box a little.
Make sure they are knowledgeable and patient. Many guys who try to train people in boxing weren't even boxers themselves.
