About Alfred
Started teaching to help other students in my martial arts school learn what I learned and give back to the new generation of martial arts students.
I started teaching for fitness clubs because I enjoyed helping Adults exercise through fun, motivating workouts.

I discuss what their goals are and I try to clearly see what their current situation is. After the first workout session, I can assess where they are physically and give them a realistic evaluation and recommendation. If my program can help them, we talk more about possible workout programs.
I've worked in big class settings with children ages 4-13 yrs old, teens and adults. With the private lessons, I've had more success with adults reaching their confidence level of self-defense in a short amount of time.
Ask all the questions you are thinking about. Private training sessions can be expensive but with the right instructor, one can reach their goal very quickly. Ask questions and tell the instructor about your concerns and goals. You should be able to gauge whether you like their teaching style or not after the first lesson. If the Instructor is experienced, they should be able to adapt to you the student.
