About Karin
I have been through this phase of learning and still am. I know the importance of grasping the content not only for a test but for extended knowledge. Hard work comes in differnt ways and the work you put in is what you get out of it. I will that person to push if you need it and allow you to make your weaknesses your strengths.
I find it very rewarding to be able to help people and be part of their growth.
I have always loved teaching and helping any way I can with grasping content/topic in a more productive way. I have been tutoring from undergrand until now.
I have a Bachelors in Science with a concentration in Cell and Molecular and currently a 4th-year medical student. I will graduate with my Doctorate in Medicine in 2020.

When working with a student I like to build rapport first. It is important that both parties are comfortable to make the teaching process more valuable. I would like to know the student's goal that they would like to achieve from the tutoring session and make a plan to achieve those goals.
I have worked with highschool students, college students and even medical students.
I would say to look for teacher who are flexible and able to adapt to changes, without getting flustered or frustrated. It's also important for your teacher to help you learn in your way of learning since every individual has different learing styles.
I just took my board exams and excited to have more time available a bit more stress free. Looking forward to helping others through teaching during this time.
