Excellent! My nephew has taken 6 lessons from Leland and from the first day there was an immediate connection. Leland is very hands-on and emphasizes a mental approach to hitting and fielding. His instructions are clear and concise; I like that he explains why foot placement or
hand position is important when working on hitting mechanics and fielding techniques. Encourages my nephew to THINK and challenges him identify mistakes and make corrections. His skills have definitely improved.

Perfect! My son was having problem batting . Leland worked with him teaching him how to connect and come through when batting. Now he is consistenly hitting the ball when batting!
He also has worked with him pitching and he is doing really good at that too.
Have to say in the 6 or so lessons we have had I and his coaches have seen tremendous improvement.
