About Ahmad
Here at STEM Workshop, I focus on building and reinforcing solid foundational skills that will translate to a deeper understanding of more complex material. The first session will be focused on gauging your level of understanding of the material and working back to remedy any problems that stand in your way!
I am currently working as a research scientist with a focus on cell biology and immunology. I graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Biochemistry with honors. I have plenty of experience tutoring a wide range of ages and subjects. As a high schooler, I tutored preschoolers and elementary school children arithmetic, reading and writing, and basic science. I also tutored high middle schoolers and high schoolers with AP and pre-AP math and science courses.
In college, I set up in person tutoring sessions for students in Intro Biology, Gen Chem, Physics 1 (Mechanics), Biochemistry, Genetics, and Statistics.
I began tutoring as a junior in high school. After two months of working at Walgreens, I decided teaching was a better use of time.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biochemistry. Throughout my academic career, I tutored classmates and organized group study sessions.

The first step is to identify the students goals and expectations. We can establish a schedule based on how much tutoring you feel you will need. We can then begin to go over the material and determine your level of understanding to see what we need to work on.
The youngest student I've taught was an ambitious 4 year old. I helped him with writing, reading comprehension and arithmetic using workbooks. I've taught middle schoolers and high schoolers in standard, pre-AP, AP, and dual credit courses. I've also taught all levels of undergrad students.
