About Lisa
I make beaded jewelry, knit, paint, sculpt. I love to make things that are beautiful and I enjoy seeing joy on a persons face when they see my work, or a piece that they truly enjoy. I knit as well and spin wool. I also sew and make baby quilts, childrens clothing, and womens blouses.
I have a bachelor degree in Sociology, and a masters in Mental Health Counseling. So I can help tutoring for any classes in this area as well.
I have been a mental health counselor for 18 years working with clients who have substance abuse, domestic violence issues and mental illness. I have also worked as a Private Probation Officer. I am no longer licensed but I can discuss substance abuse issues if you have any questions about drugs and alcohol. I am happpy to refer you to a treatment center if needed.
