About Angela
I have been teaching for 15 years and have taught grades K through 6. I enjoy working with students of all ages and I am passionate about helping each student understand that they can achieve success in any subject. Struggling in a subject just means you need it presented and explained in a different way, or that you need more time. It doesn't mean you aren't 'good at' that subject or that you are not as smart as people who understand the subject easily. That is my goal as a tutor - to help each student understand that they can master the concepts that they struggle with and to help them achieve their learning goals.
