Hello! My name is Navya, and I am a high-achieving high school student with a strong background in mathematics and science. I offer tutoring in Chemistry, Algebra, and Precalculus for middle school and high school students.
Having recently completed advanced coursework in these subjects, I understand the challenges students often face and know how to explain difficult concepts in a clear and relatable way.

I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my teaching approach to each individual's learning style. My goal is to ensure they understand the underlying concepts so they can apply them independently in the future.
For math subjects such as Algebra and Precalculus, I begin by reviewing foundational concepts before working through examples step-by-step. For Chemistry, I focus on connecting concepts to real-world applications and breaking down complex topics into manageable parts.
A typical lesson begins with a review of previous material and any questions the student may have. We then work through new concepts together, followed by guided practice problems. I end each session with independent practice and a summary of key takeaways to reinforce learning.
What sets me apart is my ability to relate to students as a current high school student who has recently mastered many of the same topics they are learning. I understand common challenges students face and can explain concepts in clear, approachable ways. I am patient, encouraging, and committed to helping students build both academic skills and confidence.
My lessons are designed for middle school and high school students seeking support in Chemistry, Algebra, and Precalculus, whether they need help with homework, test preparation, improving grades, etc..
