I am an experienced Special Education teacher offering private tutoring for students in Grades 2–5. I have 2.5 years of classroom experience supporting students in reading, writing, math, and study skills through structured, individualized instruction. Originally from the UK, I have been living here for 4 years and bring a broad educational perspective to my work. I have also held an educational support role at the University of Oxford, where I further developed a clear, methodical approach to helping students make measurable progress. My tutoring sessions are professional, well-planned, and focused on building both academic skills and student confidence through consistent, goal-driven instruction.

My tutoring is structured, explicit, and goal-focused. I break learning into clear, manageable steps and teach skills directly, with plenty of guided practice. I use repetition, visual supports, modeling, and immediate feedback to help students understand how to do something, not just what the answer is.
