About Isabel
I’m a Spanish boxing coach and personal trainer with 16 years of experience practicing boxing and more than 10 years of experience coaching both individuals and groups.
I’m a federated boxer and have also trained in other combat sports, including kickboxing. Throughout my career, I have worked with people of different ages and fitness levels, always focusing on technique, safety, motivation, and helping each person reach their goals.
I’m passionate about boxing and fitness, and I love helping people discover how enjoyable and empowering training can be.

I’m a Spanish boxing coach and personal trainer with over 16 years of experience practicing boxing. My classes are personalized and adapted to your goals, fitness level, and experience. I combine boxing technique, boxing fitness, functional training, strength, and conditioning to create dynamic and enjoyable workouts.
Whether you are a complete beginner, want to learn boxing, improve your technique, get fitter, build strength, or simply try something new, I can design each session around you.
I offer 1-to-1 and small group sessions at your home, outdoors, in a park, or another suitable location.
