About Kathryn
My name is Kathryn and Ihave been teaching yoga for the last sixteen years on a senior level. I run the Bodhi yoga school in Ireland with my yoga partner and also run day retreats and summer retreats abroad every year.
I have learn from the senior of teachers in Europe and India in the tradition of ashtanga and iyengar.I also have a meditation practice in Tibetan Buddhism. I finished my meditation mentorship training in 2022 with Tara brach and jack kornfield.

after a brief review of your abilities and injury history I will look at creating an online weekly /monthly structure of classes to help you feel energised, cultivate a mindful practice and focus on expanding a strengthening and alignment focused program.My passion is creating online programs that integrate the physical aspects of yoga alongside allowing for meditation and breathwork. I love focusing on various themes such as hamstrings, shoulders, core stability etc. I like to keep things light hearted!
