My approach as a tutor is student-centered, structured, and supportive, with a strong focus on building both understanding and confidence. I often scaffold problems by breaking them into manageable steps and gradually releasing responsibility to the student. I also use formative assessment strategies such as quick questions, practice problems, and reflections to adjust instruction in real time. A typical lesson begins with a brief check-in and review of prior knowledge to identify strengths and gaps.
