About Elizabeth

I believe in you. I believe you are capable of greatness and of learning what you need--you just need the right support and structure to do so.

I pride myself in working with struggling students and providing the support they need to be successful. Please let me help you on your learning journey.

About the lesson

Learning should be fun and engaging at all ages!

I've taught and worked with middle-schoolers to college-age students for several years and I believe that the key to long-term learning success is two-fold:
1) Engaging, creative lessons and assessments
2) Individualized learning plans, goals, and lessons

As a result, lessons may vary based on the student's individual need. I have an undergrad degree in Secondary Education and Writing Intensive English, a Masters degree in English, and a Masters degree in Literature. Additionally, I have 7 years of experience with students (grades 7-12) and I have tutored undergraduate students in both writing and reading.
