About Summer
I started my running journey in high school and turned that passion into competing as a college athlete. Over the years, I’ve mastered pacing strategies, mental toughness, and efficient training schedules for cross-country and long-distance events. My goal as a coach is to help you build confidence, avoid common injuries, and reach your personal best in an encouraging and structured environment.

Whether you're aiming for your first 5K, preparing for cross country season, or just trying to stay consistent, my running sessions are completely built around your personal goals. We’ll focus on proper pacing, efficient form, injury prevention, and mental strength to help you build confidence on any terrain. Running should feel rewarding, not painful, and together we’ll create a training routine you actually look forward to every week.
