My knowledge of the corporate organization is also an advantage that will help to groom or prepare the students for the expectations in the Corporate World. Areas of preparation should be skills in problem-solving, creative thinking, how to improve their personal assets, and most of all the art of working and communicating with people. At present these areas are not taught in any educational avenues.

My techniques basically are: explaining the grammar rules and practicing with worksheets, lots of role-play, and reading and comprehension activities.
I use visual toolkits like videos and pictures to enhance the lessons.
I encourage students to have a lot of interactive discussions.
