About Anna
I am a qualified secondary school teacher, specialising in Theology and Religious Studies. I can teach all exam boards for the R.E. GCSE and A level Philosophy and Ethics. I have also taught English and History up to Key Stage 3 and have been tutoring primary and 11+ for several years.
I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential. My approach to teaching is to begin by assessing where students are in their learning, map out clear targets and then work with the student to achieve their academic goals through continuous assessment and feedback.
I use a hands-on approach to teaching by utilising my own dynamic resources. Students have continuous opportunity to reflect on their learning to ensure the best approach is being used for them; therefore my tutoring style is tailored to each individual student's needs.
