About Jaclyn
I have been in the multimedia industry for nearly eight years come June, and have gained a great deal of professional experience in proofreading and editing full-length novels and speculative scripts, and story treatments for movies, as well as my own ongoing novel, short story, and essay works. I am proficient in English at all levels, as it is my native tongue. My strengths academically always stood in the arts, and I have had a love of reading, writing, research, and design for decades. All the skills I've gained over the years should be quite helpful to you as we work together to develop your own skills in those areas.

If you are willing to have me as your tutor in areas such as reading, writing, and literacy, you will get in return a greater understanding of the world around you, and skills that will take you everywhere in life. A typical lesson plan from me starts with where your needs are the most, and what you want the most help with first. For example, if you are a student at any grade level who struggles with reading essays or complex works, and wants to gain greater comprehension when reading such works, that is where we will start. From there, we will build together a plan that helps you with whatever you may need. I am also able to help you with any homework assignments you may have from your current schooling (if you are a student), and give basic assignments during our sessions that will help you understand basic concepts as well as inspire you in your own work. I am happy to work with all grade levels from pre-k through college as well as adult students.
