About Austin
My name is Austin, and I am a Technology graduate with a background in Networking and Telecommunications and hands-on experience in IT support. I have helped users troubleshoot computer issues, learn technology skills, and understand technical concepts through clear communication and patience. I enjoy helping students build confidence with computers, math, and problem-solving. I am an IT professional and Technology graduate with experience in networking, computer support, and troubleshooting. My teaching approach focuses on making difficult concepts simple through step-by-step explanations, hands-on examples, and practical problem-solving. A typical lesson begins by understanding the student's current skill level, reviewing key concepts, practicing together, and ending with exercises to build confidence.
I teach students interested in computer basics, information technology, networking fundamentals, cybersecurity fundamentals, and math support.
