About Giancarlo
I have been teaching Academic English and Business English for two years, having taught about 120 students. All the students (eighteen) who came to me looking for test training passed - ten (10) on TOEFL, four (4) on GRE, and one (1) on GMAT. The others have greatly improved their expression and understanding skills.

I have more than seven years of experience working in international markets, communicating and training teams in English. I have been working for two years as a private instructor of Academic English and Business English, preparing students for daily communication and tests such as TOEFL, GMAT and GRE. My classes focus on the student's oral and written expression. I select a video, text or news that relates to the area of the student as a class theme, send it beforehand and during the course of the class we work (i) the general understanding of the subject, (ii) the specific understanding of new words and expressions introduced by the theme and (iii) the student's oral and written expression on the subject. I note the grammatical or pronunciation errors and they must be corrected by the students themselves.
