About Dale
I've been around computers ever since young and made many mistakes in where I've spent countless hours/nights figuring out how to get back to"square-one". I have been optimizing PC's (and MACs) for many years, and have encountered various situations within computers (hardware,software, and then some).
I do want to encourage and assist those whom are looking for support and feel I've got the necessary experience and characteristics to support you during our time together. You'll find that working with me that I'll be pretty "laid-back" and want to ensure that you know what you're doing so I'll be able to answer any questions you may have along the way (I encourage you to ask anyways ).

As I've been raised around computers (even when young), I feel I can share my "lessons" I've learned by doing things (that perhaps weren't the right "buttons" to press) and try to aid you in your journey on your PC. I've moved into an IT professional role and developed an enjoyment for helping people (whether remotely or face-to-face) and strive to encourage, demonstrate patience, and enjoy sharing with others. I think computers can be learned and who teaches you is going to make a huge difference as I believe who you hang around is either going to help you OR hurt you and I genuinely want to help, if possible. Thank you kindly for reading.
In terms of lesson plan(s), teaching, I'll let you decide some "struggle-areas" and I'll do my best to walk with you through them and see how I can help.
