Elisa is an absolutely amazing pole teacher. She is supportive, understanding, patient, friendly and so very kind. I’m not very flexible so Elisa will adapt a move giving me a variation whilst encouraging me at all times. You can genuinely tell how much Elisa loves what she does as it shows in her teaching. I’ve been to some of her Hoop classes too and loved them. Highly recommend Elisa, she is epic. Thank you for being You lovely Elisa.

I’ve been a student of Elisa for about six months now and her classes are the highlight of my week! Her combos are so elegant and she always has several harder / easier versions prepared, so everyone can get involved. We learn cool new moves almost every session but always start with the same few basics (climbs, inverts, and transition spins) to get them strong and elegant. She regularly asks us what we would like to work on in future classes - both short and long term move goals and then actually incorporates them into the lesson plans! I highly recommend Elisa as a pole teacher.
