About Aria

As a dedicated piano tutor with a passion for both classical and jazz music, I bring three years of teaching experience to my students. My musical journey began at a young age, and over the years, I have developed a deep appreciation for the piano's expressive capabilities. This passion translates into my teaching, where I strive to inspire and motivate my students, regardless of their age or skill level.

My teaching philosophy centers around personalization and adaptability. I believe that each student is unique, with their own set of strengths, challenges, and musical goals. Therefore, I create customized lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of each student. Whether a young beginner learning to read music for the first time or an advanced player aiming to master complex pieces, I ensure that my approach is both supportive and challenging, helping students to grow and develop at their own pace.

In my lessons, I place a strong emphasis on building a solid technical foundation while also fostering creativity and musical expression. For classical students, we explore the rich repertoire of piano literature, focusing on technique, musicality, and the historical context of the pieces. Jazz students are encouraged to delve into improvisation, understanding the rhythms, harmonies, and unique styles that define this genre. By offering instruction in both classical and jazz, I aim to provide a well-rounded musical education that broadens my students' horizons.

Beyond technical skills, I am passionate about helping my students build confidence and stage presence. Regular performance opportunities, such as recitals and informal concerts, are integral to my teaching approach. These experiences not only enhance students' performance skills but also help them overcome stage fright and enjoy the thrill of sharing their music with others. My ultimate goal is to instill a lifelong love for music in my students, guiding them to discover the joy and fulfillment that playing the piano can bring. Whether they pursue music professionally or as a cherished hobby, I am committed to supporting their musical journey every step of the way.
