About Lai
I am an experienced piano and theory teacher. I have more than 30 years of experience in teaching piano. I helped more than 100 students prepare for their ABRSM exams, from grade 1 to grade 8. Almost all of them passed their exam, and with 30% merits and 8-10% distinction. I also teach Grade 5 music theory (class and individual lessons) for 20 years, the results with 40% merits and 20% distinction.

For fun lessons, each lesson contains 2-3 activities in the following list: rhythm practice, playing songs, piano duet, aural (for ABRSM grade exam), theory and basic music history. As an experienced piano teacher, I can adjust different learning methods and materials to help my students to improve their weaknesses.
