About Samaneh
I am a patient, motivated and organised teacher with three years of experience in-home and online tutoring. I have a bachelor and master in civil engineering along with successful experience in this area, but my passion to be a teacher has never stopped. If I want to reflect on my teaching experience, I can reference it to many students I taught them individually in the last three years. My teaching background went back to when I was studying Civil Engineering around 10 years ago. While I was a student in university, I always had eager to teach students my age as volunteers; I am still unsure how they found me to ask their questions or teach them individually. A few years ago, when I was met one of my classmates after 6 years, he told me, I owe you for the Bachelor degree I have received; you helped me a lot. That day I felt so proud, so I decided to become a private tutor. I am currently working as a private tutor with different organisations and support the students mostly online. During this time, I have learnt how to teach online, and my students found it not much different from face-to-face teaching as I am an expert in using technology and modern tools. So, I use new techniques to make the student comfortable and not struggle to learn. I was primarily working with GCSE students, but I also have a great experience with young children. That`s why I will be happy to work with both groups of ages as I know them and their needs well. Sincerely, I love working with students of these ages, and I like the challenges teachers face. I am more interested in teaching Mathematics; it is because of my background and my mathematical mind. Besides my study in university, I have studied maths and physics during high school, and I got an A in A-level in Mathematics and Mechanics. I am also creative in teaching as I know the new methods and techniques to make it easier for students to learn. Furthermore, I am very patient, flexible, and creative. I enjoy teaching students and acknowledging them with the newest resources and methods to learn easier. Samaneh was tutoring our son for the past year, mostly remotely. She was on time and well-educated in math and science and has a good connection with my son even when was taught him online during the lockdown. My son progresses a lot during this time.
