About Arif
I am a graduate of the University of Oxford, with an academic background in both the natural and social sciences. I've been tutoring for 10+ years, supporting students of varying ability, from pre-university pupils to university undergraduates and PhD students. I have assisted students on a global scale, from China, India, Europe, UAE, Canada, US and more. I provide support across the following academic fields: Biological Sciences, Medicine & Public Health, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Education, Business and related subjects. I also assist with personal statements, entrance essays and examinations, and mock interviews.
I bring a depth of experience to tailor sessions to each and every student, so that every hour can be as productive as possible to maximize both learning and value. Students under my supervision have received offers from their top-choice university, achieved top marks in their essays and dissertations, and gravitated towards their academic potential. In particular, I'm very happy to take extra care for students with learning difficulties and work to improve the expression of academic work at all educational levels.
