About Sam
I’m a certified personal trainer with over 5 years of experience helping clients build strength, lose fat, and feel confident in their bodies—both in person and online. Since the COVID lockdowns, I’ve delivered hundreds of live 1-to-1 sessions and group classes over Zoom, helping busy professionals and wedding clients stay fit, consistent, and motivated—no matter where they are. I hold specialist qualifications in both fitness and nutrition, allowing me to support clients with tailored exercise programmes and realistic nutrition strategies that work in real life—not just on paper. I’m also a Level 4 Corrective Exercise Specialist, which means I can help you move better, reduce pain, improve posture, and address muscle imbalances—especially useful for clients returning from injury or sitting at a desk all day. Whether you’re preparing for your big day, juggling a demanding career, or getting back into training, I’m here to help you train smart, move well, and feel your best.
