About Adriana
I’m a Movement and Lifestyle Coach and Personal Trainer with a lifelong background in sport.
I was a national level athlete from a young age till university which gave me a strong foundation in discipline, consistency and understanding how the body adapts through training.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of people and have learnt that good coaching is not just about knowing exercises — it’s about listening, understanding the person in front of you and finding an approach that works for them.
I’m friendly, patient and very attentive to detail!
I enjoy teaching people how to move and train with confidence, rather than simply telling them what to do.
I also believe that training should be challenging but enjoyable, and that progress comes from consistency rather than perfection.
Whether you are completely new to exercise or already have experience, I’m looking forward to hear your story and working together!

My approach to training is personalised, practical and focused on helping you feel stronger, more confident and capable in your body.
I focus on teaching you how to exercise properly, understand what you are doing and gradually become more independent and confident in your training.
Sessions are structured around your individual needs, ability and goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all programme.
I have 15+ years of experience working with people with different personalities, abilities, lifestyle and levels of fitness, and I aim to create a supportive environment where you can ask questions, learn and progress without feeling judged or overwhelmed.
Sessions can be adapted for beginners through to more experienced exercisers, depending on your goals and experience.
