About Vaishali
I have been practicing meditation for over 10 years and am passionate about helping others experience its benefits. I teach meditation to school students and also run a home-based meditation center, where I have guided learners of different ages in developing focus, calmness, and emotional well-being. My sessions are patient, supportive, and tailored to each individual's needs, making them suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. I believe meditation should be simple, practical, and enjoyable. My goal is to help every student build a confident, lifelong meditation practice that supports a healthier, happier, and more balanced life.

My teaching approach is simple, practical, and personalized. With 10 years of meditation practice, I guide students in a calm and supportive environment. Each class begins with understanding the student's goals, followed by breathing exercises, mindfulness, guided meditation, and relaxation techniques. I focus on improving concentration, reducing stress, building emotional balance, and developing a regular meditation habit. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and suitable for beginners as well as experienced learners. I teach school students, college students, working professionals, homemakers, and senior citizens who want to improve focus, inner peace, confidence, and overall mental well-being through meditation.
