With over 20 years of personal practice in yoga and meditation, I've dedicated myself to deepening my understanding of mindfulness. I've completed the Mindful-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at McGill University and have been sharing my passion for meditation with individuals and groups for nearly six years.
