About Soumo
I am a dedicated and diploma-qualified mathematics teacher with a passion for making numbers feel simple, logical, and even enjoyable. My teaching style blends clear explanations, innovative methods, and personalized coaching so that every student—whether in school, college, or adulthood—can unlock their full potential in math.
I structure my classes to be interactive and engaging, starting with a quick recap, moving into step-by-step concept building, and finishing with guided practice and feedback. This ensures that students not only understand the theory but also gain the confidence to apply it independently.
What sets me apart is my patience, adaptability, and proven track record of helping learners improve grades, prepare for exams, and overcome their fear of mathematics. I believe in building strong foundations, inspiring confidence, and tailoring lessons to each student’s unique needs.
My classes are designed for school children who need support, college students tackling advanced topics, and adults refreshing their skills for career or personal growth.

I believe math should feel logical and approachable, not intimidating. I use:
Step-by-step explanations to break down complex problems.
Real-life examples so students see how math applies beyond textbooks.
Interactive problem-solving where students actively work through exercises instead of just listening.
Adaptive methods tailored to each student’s pace and learning style.
Usual Structure of a Class
A typical session follows a simple but effective flow:
Quick recap of the previous lesson to reinforce memory.
Concept introduction with clear explanations and visual aids.
Guided practice where we solve problems together.
Independent practice so the student builds confidence.
Feedback and summary highlighting strengths and areas to improve.
