About Jorge Enrique
My name is Jorge Enrique, an electrical engineer with an MBA and over two and a half years of experience teaching math to students in Vancouver through well-established programs such as Sparks Academy and Tutor Doctor.
I have a strong understanding of the BC curriculum and have worked with students from Grade 4 to Grade 12, including those who need additional support or a more personalized learning approach. My experience allows me to quickly identify learning gaps and help students build solid foundations.
I am committed to providing a professional, structured, and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace. My goal is not only to improve academic performance, but also to build confidence and independence in each student.

My name is Jorge Enrique, and I focus on helping students truly understand math, not just memorize steps.
I use a visual and intuitive teaching approach that makes concepts clear and easier to follow. This method helps students build confidence and allows me to track their progress and adapt each lesson to their needs.
A typical lesson includes a quick review, a clear explanation of a new topic, guided practice, and independent exercises. I also connect math to real-life situations to make learning more meaningful.
